Every order placed by the customer will be processed within 24 hours duration of order placement. In case if a customer placing order on Saturday, Sunday or any holidays then the order will be processed on immediate working day. Whenever the medication is shipped to customer location an email will be sent to the customer.

If customer is not receiving the product within the specified duration then customer can contact us to get the details of the order. In most of the cases within the specified duration the product will be delivered, in rare cases due to various reasons like weather changes, regional strikes or due to various reasons the delivery might get slightly delayed.

Our shipping modes are as follows:

• We expect valid physical location details from customer.

• If a customer places an order which is less than $100 then we will be delivering the medication via registered post or EMS.
• If the order value is greater than $300 then those orders will qualify for free express shipping through EMS.
• It is always customer responsibility to provide valid and complete address for shipping, if any wrong address is given by the customer then we don’t consider this as our mistake, hence we recommend customer to recheck the shipping address.
• Once after receiving confirmation from customer then only we will be shipping the medication to customer location and we also send an email to customer regarding the shipment.
