What is Plan B one-step?
Most of the women select Plan B One-step or its known generic forms like (Act, My Way and Next Choice One Dose) as an emergency pill to avoid pregnancy after having unprotected sexual activity or whose birth control method has shown no success. What are its uses?

How do Plan B one-step works?
This medication comes in a one-pill dosage. It should be consumed within 12 hours after a birth control accident or within 3 days (72 hours) so that it can inhibit pregnancy. It consists of a female hormone known as Progestin which works by blocking the release of an egg known as Ovulation during your menstrual cycle. It also makes the vaginal fluid firm so that the sperm cannot reach the egg (fertilization) and transform the covering of the womb to avert connection of a fertilized egg. The tablet would not work if you are pregnant or else if you are presently pregnant. It will not protect you or your mate against any sexually transmitted disease such as (HIV, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea), etc. This pill may not show its expected result in women who are overweight for example, more than 164 pounds or 74 kgs and above.
Are there any possible after-effects of the medicine?
Plan B one-step online is extremely safe and does not result in severe side effects and there have been no such reports of severe problems out of the million people who have used it. Women may experience some changes in their menstruation cycle post consumption of the birth control tablet. It may either come earlier or later and can be heavier, spotty, or sometimes lighter or same as your normal period. But, some general side effects of the medicine include-

- Upset Stomach
- Giddiness, sleepiness, light-headedness, headache
- Fluctuations in the menstruation cycle or vaginal bleeding
- Tender breast for a short time span

You must inform the doctor if you experience any serious side effects such as unadorned abdominal pain for 3-5 weeks after ingesting the tablet. A very severe allergic counterattack to this medicine is rare. Which other drugs will affect taking Plan B one-step?
Consuming other drugs can make this medication lose their potency and less effective, which can further lead to pregnancy. So before taking this medicine, it is advisable to ask your health care expert about taking a birth control pill with other medications such as rifampin, efavirenz, medicine for seizure such as carbamazepine, fosphenytoin, felbamate, primidone, phenytoin, phenobarbital, etc. This is not an entirely complete list of drugs. The tablet might lose its efficiency if you continue taking other tablets available over the counter with or without prescription or herbal medicines.
